1. Account cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, Bank Reconciliation, prepare monthly reports to Director.

  • Preparation of trade creditor's payments (issuing payment vouchers, cheques and T/T & Trade creditors aging report).

  • Monitoring daily cashflow, preparation of monthly cashflow planning statement and forecast.

  • To handling Dispatch and C’form activities.

  • To handle cost & stock valuation.

  • Liaise with suppliers/ customers to resolve the accounts related matter.

  • Assisting in office administration time to time.

  • Reporting to Admin Manager & Director.


Requirements:

  • To monitoring Debtor & Credit aging.
  • Good knowledge of Tally, MS Office and Internet
  • To maintain and update the filling of documents.
  • To handle other ad hoc duties and administration matters as assigned.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision with positive working attitudes.
  • Possess analytical skills with good planning and problem-solving capability.
  • Full-Time positions available.

2. Sales Manager

Job Profile

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

  • Visiting potential customers for new business.

  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.

  • Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

  • Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.

  • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.

  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
